I am now a new and fanatic fan of Rahbi Raw www.myspace.com/rahbi. When I tell you this man is the truth, I cannot be more emphatic. He is THE TRUTH! You have to see this phenom perform to believe it.
I have the pleasure of sharing the stage with Rahbi this Saturday Oct. 30th at the Gammon Ave. 80s House Party in Atlanta. We will represent and tear the roof off the mother in true supernova fashion.
Yes, real music is alive and well. The industry is sleeping but the beat still goes on. You have to see for yourself . . .

I will also be ripping the stage this Sunday Oct. 31 at the Royal Peacock red carpet launch in Atlanta. Come watch me do what I do . . .
I will be filming several music videos during the month of November . . . oh and my LIMITED EDITION CD is dropping 11.09.10 so you have to stay tuned for updates on that. Also putting together some more dates for you fans at venues in ATL, New York, LA, and UK. The Doll Avant movement is kicking into overdrive . . . just sit back and enjoy the ride . . .
My thought for today: I say it all the time. You are unstoppable as long as you don't stop. Don't let anything or ANYBODY tell you what you can't do. You are bigger than any limitation they try to put on you. You will rise and you will shine if you refuse to quit.

DollTV is filming in ATL NOW!!
My reality show is filming all this month! I am calling it DollTV for the moment . . . we will be getting all the footage of me behind the scenes: at photo shoots, on set for my new sitcom "Portfolio", in the studio, doing interviews with media, doing shows, rehearsing with my band, working on new music videos, hanging out with creative friends, and on the street discovering great new artists. Plus, I will be giving insight and advice to dreamers just getting started, working with non-profits, and finding ways to give back even while I'm coming up. This is not just your normal reality show: instead of focusing on who I'm dating and the petty drama of day-to-day life (who cares?!), we instead are highlighting both the grind that it takes to go from independent to major mainstream artist, and also using the power of celebrity to impact lives and change the world one fan at a time. So I will blast out the links soon so you can watch every episode of DollTV, and of course it will be on our You Tube channel and on Facebook (/dolltheartist). Also being broadast via web from www.mysignaturespace.com/dollavanttv. Check it out!
I want to give a shout out to my boys Fred Nash and Tyler McGowan, creators and designers of Mailloechii Clothing Line. Hot clothes from the coolest cats ever. I had a BALL judging the talent show with them last night. Check out the hottest men's clothing at www.mailloechii.com. And if you are in GA, AL, or anywhere nearby, you need to be at their November Bash on the Nov. 20th in Dothan with Rich Boy . . . it will be hot!

My Thought for the Day: Remember that no matter how close you are to someone, in life or in business, there are very few people outside family who are in your life FOR life. God sends people into your life for a season, and if you find that you just can't get along with someone or see eye to eye with them the way you used to, it could just be that it is time for the two of you to take separate paths for a season. Never fight or try to change the other person. If you are both sincere about what you believe and you are not coming to the same understanding, you can just agree to disagree and keep it moving down separate paths without any hard feelings. Fact of life: every relationship is not intended to last forever in its current form. Relationships, partnerships, and friendships grow, evolve, and sometimes end. Mary J. Blige said it best: "How can I love somebody else if I can't love myself enough to know when it's time to let go?" So stay focused and don't let anyone steal your dreams--just recognize what season you are in.

See Doll in LisaRaye Issue of 4Real Magazine
I am back to the blog . . . finally! With some major updates . . .
First of all, thanks to Elaine and the 4Real Magazine Fam for choosing me as The Artist of the Month in the LisaRaye issue of 4Real Magazine." http://ow.ly/1IOTS
Secondly, the AM Music family is on the move and big things are happening. Single is dropping soon, doing big things with the songwriting, and shows (by popular demand!) are coming up! I will be posting updates and the long-awaited videos to all the fansites: www.facebook.com/dolltheartist, www.myspace.com/dolltheartist, www.twitter.com/dolltheartist, www.reverbnation.com/dolltheartist and of course here on the blog. Also, two new sites -- www.dolltheartist.com and www.youtube.com/dolltheartist -- are coming soon . . .
Finally, things are moving quickly on the acting side. I am still meeting incredible casting directors in L.A. and looking forward to major auditions coming soon. Also, I am starring in a play with the Alliance Theater Summer Players on June 3-6 in Atlanta. Look for all the info in a separate post or check my events page on any of the sites above.
My thought for today: All of the years that you think no one is watching is preparation for the destiny you were born to fulfill. It is all a test: are you ready to be promoted?
